Overview & Clinical Mechanism

RF Cautery (Radiofrequency Cautery), known in Unani medicine as Amal-e-Kai, uses a precisely controlled 4.2 MHz radiofrequency current delivered through a fine electrode. The high frequency causes instant vaporisation of target tissue with minimal lateral thermal damage, resulting in clean, scar-minimal removal of benign skin lesions. All excised lesions can be sent for histopathological examination if clinically indicated.
